Horseback excursion in Matera
Overview
In an area where there is no shortage of valuable natural scenery, a horseback ride will certainly be the best way to fully enjoy the Murgia and Matera countryside, in a relaxing atmosphere that will let you reconcile us with ourselves. For diehard nature lovers, we have selected two itineraries:
The ravine route, suitable for expert users, runs along the canyon in the Mediterranean scrub up to the surrounding countryside.
The wheat route, suitable for even first-time users, takes place in the typical Matera countryside where wheat fields and the undulating landscape dominate the paths.
The activities also include rapid preparation for western mounting.
