(Workshop) Olive harvest
Overview
Try your hand at olive harvesting. You will live a unique experience in contact with the most authentic Matera countryside. The workshop, which takes place in a typical farmhouse dedicated to the organic cultivation of its own products, vegetables and greens, will allow you to discover the scents, colors and traditions linked to the different agricultural seasons, in particular you will witness the process of harvesting the olives and you will take part in the activity. At the end, a tasting of oil and typical Lucanian products.
