Overview
Dinner dedicated to discovering, as well as the flavors of a territory, the traditions of conviviality linked to the table. Dinner is served in the rooms located at the back of a family-run butcher’s shop, which in the evening becomes a traditional grill frequented by locals. Here you will taste the traditional bombette and all the finest cuts, cooked on embers, in an environment that survives the sophistication of modern catering.
