(Workshop) Home made pasta
Overview
The workshop takes place in a typical farming business known as “masseria”, where the staff will teach you how to make some of the traditional formats of Matera’s homemade pasta (orecchiette, capunti, maltagliati, ravioli) with first quality ingredients, like organic flour made from the finest wheat “Senatore Cappelli” and “Saragolla”. At the end of the experience, you will cook your freshly made pasta on the spot and taste some delicious dishes based on the best seasonal products while savoring scents, flavors and colors.

General: Comfortable clothing, closed non-slip rubber shoes, long trousers recommended, transfer required (specify if you have a car).
